This is a full-time hybrid role for a Candidate Valuer based on the South Coast, with both in-office work and remote work opportunities. In this role, the Candidate Valuer will conduct inspections of various property types, primarily residential with some commercial and special use exposure.

The candidate will collaborate with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensure adherence to relevant valuation standards and legal guidelines.

• Strong skills in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
• Knowledge or experience working with Estate Agents and the property industry
• Proficiency with relevant valuation methods or atleast understand the foundations.
• Registration with the SACPVP is compulsory.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Preference will be given to candidates with some experience in valuations.
• NDip Real Estate or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate is preferred.
