Position Overview: As a Real Estate Agent at Aria Real Estate, you will be given immediate access to some of the best apartment inventory in the Chicagoland area, and you’ll hit the ground running with work from day one. Our tech-driven platform makes it easy to connect with clients, schedule showings, and close deals efficiently. Whether you're new to real estate or looking to take your career to the next level, Aria offers unparalleled support, training, and a steady stream of leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients find the perfect apartment by leveraging our exclusive inventory and advanced technology platform.
  • Use cutting-edge tools and data analytics to match clients with properties that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Conduct property tours and provide expert advice to potential tenants.
  • Manage the rental process from start to finish, including scheduling showings, processing applications, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Utilize Aria's tech-powered CRM to track leads, manage follow-ups, and streamline client communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market, industry trends, and new listings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their search, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the team and leadership to continuously improve processes and reach individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in real estate and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties.
  • Comfortable using technology and real estate platforms (CRM, property listing software, etc.).
  • Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required.
  • A valid Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping clients find the right home.
  • Own a working vehicle.
