• Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks
• Shadow more experienced property managers to pave the way toward advancement
• Frequently conduct on-site visits to managed properties
• Communicate with property managers, staff, tenants and vendors
• Assist our teams with providing more efficient services
• Solicit repair bids from vendors and oversee home improvement projects

• Base salary with an opportunity to advance within property management - both financially and professionally
• Tuition paid for real estate license and continuing education (Upon promotion to Property Manager)

• 2+ years of Property Management experience

$50,000-$55,000 based on experience
