This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Winchester, VA, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will handle property listings, conduct property showings, negotiate deals, and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The agent will deliver exceptional client service, stay informed on real estate market trends, analyze property values, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Effective collaboration with team members and fostering professional relationships in the industry will also be key responsibilities.

• Valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of real estate laws and practices
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proven skills in Real Estate transactions, including property sales and rentals
• Experience in Sales with strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of Real Property and local market trends in the Winchester and Frederick County area
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional real estate certifications are advantageous
