Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in Ballyclare, with some flexibility for remote work. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management of a residential portfolio of approximately 35 developments within Down, Armagh and Fermanagh ensuring compliance with all regulations and delivering excellent service to clients. Responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance, managing administrative tasks, liaising with clients and tenants, organizing inspections, and addressing any concerns or emergencies promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Property Management and Maintenance Coordination experience, with knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing repairs.
  • Financial Administration skills, including budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong Communication and Client Relationship Management skills to interact with clients, tenants, and service providers effectively.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to handle multiple tasks while addressing property needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Compliance in property management, including awareness of relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems and property management software.
  • A relevant qualification or background in property management, real estate, or a related field is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for on-site visits.
