Residential Real Estate Analyst – join a sell‑side analytics team focused on single‑family residential real estate. The team provides hands‑on support to investor clients, improving their property discovery, dispositions, underwriting, comping and decision making using Entera’s state‑of‑the‑art technology. Responsibilities include profiling and refining investment goals; evaluating acquisition and selling opportunities of targeted single‑family residential properties on behalf of clients.

• Develop expertise in single‑family residential investing strategies and the value chain.
• Understand client requirements and integrate them into real‑estate discovery and evaluation models.
• Prepare and package data for client reports.
• Create and prepare documents to advance projects to completion.
• Analyze real‑estate valuations, perform research using internal and external tools, and align client goals with market opportunities.
• Assist other analysts in refining underwriting/property discovery models using Entera’s tool set.
• Underwrite disposition opportunities, determining accurate valuations and list prices for single‑family assets.
• Provide initial valuations to support the sales process for potential dispositions from Entera clients.
• Underwrite and communicate initial bid prices for investment opportunities to Entera clients.
• Consolidate, cleanse, and transform data for automated property underwriting within Entera’s data system.
• Prepare reports and daily summaries of client goals.
• Monitor real‑estate trends and prepare market analysis (internal and external).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a high‑intensity environment.
• Resourceful and comfortable in a startup‑like environment.
• Provide efficient, timely, reliable, courteous service to customers.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
