Independence Title Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

• Communicate and work closely with internal team and clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner, executing closing professionally.
• Process files, prepare CD’s/HUD’s, and complete all necessary paperwork/closing documents for the transaction.
• Obtain approval from lenders, order updates and determine clearance to close.
• Support and service business by diligently building and growing the client base and the work they bring.
• Assist and support team members proactively, communicating with respect.
• Establish professional working relationships with Sales Reps and participate in Marketing/Entertainment to increase customer base.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must apply for Escrow Officer License once onboard, if not already licensed.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer.
• Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process required.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• This is not a work-from-home position.
