This is a full-time remote position for a Real Estate Agent at CASA Collection Group. The role entails working closely with clients to assist in buying, selling, or renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property listings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Agents will showcase properties, provide market insights, and support clients throughout the entire transaction process.

• A valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of real property laws and practices
• Experience in Real Estate transactions and Sales to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with the Miami real estate market or local expertise is a plus
