Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Realtor, requiring a presence in the Detroit Metropolitan Area with opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties while providing exceptional customer service. You will analyze market trends, conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with real estate laws, and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property processes and regulations.
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
