This role is ideal for a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator looking to step into a valuation-focused position with autonomy, support, and career progression.

• Carry out property valuations and market appraisals in your local area
• Win instructions and convert valuations into listings
• Build strong relationships with vendors and homeowners
• Guide sellers through the listing and onboarding process
• Represent the estate agency as a trusted local property expert
• Manage your own diary while working from home and in the field
• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Property Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and confident working independently
• Customer-focused with a professional approach
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
