Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Leader, based in Poway, CA, with the flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include managing real estate sales activities, building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process. The Sales Leader will also collaborate with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions and Real Property principles.
• Exceptional Sales and Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to close deals and maintain client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and fostering client connections.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
