This is a remote contract role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will engage in day-to-day activities such as negotiating leases, assisting clients with tenant representation, facilitating property sales, and managing brokerage operations. The role requires advising clients across commercial sectors, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and contributing to growth and profitability within the real estate industry.
Qualifications- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage operations
- Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and strong Tenant Representation skills
- Demonstrated Sales skills and experience driving business results
- Ability to communicate effectively and build client relationships
- Licensed real estate broker or salesperson (as required by the state)
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of market trends and commercial property analysis
