This is a full-time remote position for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing outstanding customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating sales transactions, maintaining current knowledge of the housing market, and developing client leads. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and professional real estate experience for clients.

• A valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Proven ability in Sales and developing client relationships
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
• Experience with property management software or CRM tools is beneficial
