A property inspection company is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders. This flexible, 1099 position allows you to earn between $30-$40 per hour based on the volume of inspections you complete, ranging from 20 to 500 inspections per month. Ideal candidates should own a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer. The inspections are mostly exterior, and applicants must pass a standard background check.
Training is provided for effective time management and deadline adherence.
