Transaction Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the buyer and seller transactions from the executed purchase agreement to closing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple real estate transactions, maintaining communication with clients, agents, and other professionals, and ensuring smooth and timely closings.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare offer documents and contracts.
  • Oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from executed purchase agreements to closing.
  • Maintain or create transaction checklists and systems to ensure seamless transaction management.
  • Coordinate inspections, title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
  • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
  • Send weekly transaction updates to sellers/buyers.
  • Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance, including Smoke Certification for MA transactions.
  • Complete commission statements or greensheets for DA creation.
  • Gather utility and maintenance information from sellers for the buyer side.
  • Order final readings or Title V.
  • Coordinate and schedule moving, final walkthroughs, and closings.
  • Develop a post-closing plan for both buyers and sellers.
  • Enter all client information into the CRM/database.
Requirements
  • Experience with real estate transactions, especially within Texas and LPT Realty.
  • Proficiency in Zipforms, Dotloop, Docusign, Zoom, G Suite, and MLS platforms (specifically Houston Association of Realtors).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and timelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
  • Experience with Texas state transactions and real estate laws.
  • Knowledge of transaction processes from offer preparation to post-closing.
