We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales individual to join our team as Acquisition Manager. This is a full‑time remote position with headquarters located in Eden, Utah. The Acquisition Manager’s goal is to meet with and screen each appointment set by the Leads team, conduct an in‑depth needs analysis and property evaluation, and make a suggested offer. They will be responsible for quota attainment and meeting all KPI’s.
Job DescriptionThe Acquisition Manager will provide a key role in the organization as they will determine the needs of the seller and the appropriate next steps for acquisition. They will be responsible for the following:
- Running all daily appointments set by the Lead Manager
- Reviewing all pipeline opportunities and ensuring the correct workflows are established in Salesforce
- Working with the Lead Manager to ensure incoming follow‑up tasks via voicemail, text, etc.
- Keeping Salesforce perfectly updated and maintaining an active pipeline of 8X
- Moving leads to the Salesforce Negotiation Stage, then to Closing
- Setting follow‑up tasks in Salesforce to help achieve KPI’s, including quota attainment
- Comping the property to make the appropriate offer
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Understanding of real estate or marketing strategies (prior experience in real estate is a plus)
- Result‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. >
