Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Professional Buyer Agent based in Houston, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The role includes assisting home buyers in finding and purchasing residential properties, providing guidance in decision-making, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Key tasks involve prospecting potential buyers, coordinating property showings, conducting market research, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and rewarding buying experience.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License and expertise in Residential Real Estate
  • Strong skills in Buyer Representation and Sales within the real estate industry
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in market research and familiarity with multiple listing services (MLS)
  • Motivated self-starter with time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the Houston real estate market is a plus
