This is a commission-based role for licensed California real estate agents who are currently practicing or prepared to actively build their production.

Oceans Realty is a Southern California based virtual real estate brokerage designed for independent agents who want flexibility without sacrificing professional support. We provide brokerage oversight, digital tools, and administrative resources so agents can focus on closing deals and growing their business.

We are seeking a licensed California real estate agent to represent buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. This role is ideal for self-motivated agents who are comfortable managing transactions independently within a virtual or hybrid brokerage environment.

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Conduct property showings, virtual tours, and open houses as needed
• Manage listings, contracts, and transaction documentation through closing
• Provide clients with accurate market insights and strategic guidance
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and cooperating agents
• Utilize CRM and digital transaction tools to manage leads and follow up
• Maintain compliance with applicable real estate laws and brokerage policies

This role is best suited for agents who are actively closing transactions and are prepared to scale their production.

• Active California real estate license is required
• Ability to manage transactions independently from start to finish
