Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Roseville, CA, with some remote work flexibility. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs through client consultations, property showings, and market research. Typical duties include providing excellent customer service, negotiating contracts, and marketing properties. You will collaborate with the team and maintain compliance with real estate regulations to deliver a reliable and professional client experience.

Qualifications
  • Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
  • Skills in Real Estate transactions, including market analysis and property evaluation
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales with strong interpersonal communication
  • Understanding of Real Property principles and practices
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with relevant technology, including real estate CRM tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous real estate sales experience is a plus
