Role Description

The Commercial Real Estate Specialist is a full-time remote position that focuses on a wide range of duties including market research, client support, and transaction management. Responsibilities include identifying commercial real estate opportunities, going out and creating new relatiinship with potential clients , leasing their properties, buying or selling their proeprties , managing property listings, and collaborating with stakeholders to close deals.

Performing all the duties of a Commercial real estate agent licensed to transact in Ontario market.

The role also involves analyzing financial data, maintaining client relationships, and providing expert advice to meet client goals.

You can work as an individual real estate agent or eventually build a team. The management has all the tools and training to teach you everything you need to know about any asset class.

Over 200 hours of training provided to any succesful applicant.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions
  • Will to work hard to go out there and look for opportunities , create opportunities and close deals.
  • Strong skills in Finance and understanding of market trends
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in commercial real estate software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CCIM or CPM are an advantage
  • compensation is a commissiom base with different tier benefits to get to a full 100 percent commission structure
  • Full support provided for brochures, reasearch for new listing presentations, full marketing team available for personalized business cards, brochure and signs.
  • Teaching of how to create your own teams within the brokerage is available.
  • Ai classes are also available to learn how to search for new clients and become the go to agent in your niche asset class.
