Overview We’re looking for an agent to setup their own business, covering an exclusive postcode area (Bromsgrove), in partnership with Northwood Worcester. You will be your own boss, control your own working hours and are free to work with whoever you choose, all with the support of a nationally recognised and professional brand. This model provides a low cost and low risk entry to a business, which provides excellent financial rewards for those that work hard and have the mindset of success.

What You’ll Do:

Build and grow your own property portfolio in your local area. Provide outstanding service to buyers and sellers, from valuation through to completion, with the full backing of our experienced team. Manage your diary, pipeline, and earnings independently. Use our marketing, technology, and branding to stand out in a competitive market.

What We’re Looking For From You:
Self-driven, organised, and entrepreneurial approach A confident communicator with strong customer service & negotiation skills Previous estate agency or face-to-face sales experience A keen interest in your local area and the property market Full UK driving licence and access to a car Established in Worcester since 2003, Northwood Worcester is part of a national franchise group. Currently operating in only the central Worcester City area, we offering exclusive access to the Worcestershire postcode areas we are not already working in.
