Location: Lisbon
A home inspection company is seeking motivated individuals for residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders. This is a flexible 1099 position, where inspectors earn between $30-$40 per hour, with the opportunity for consistent work completed at their own pace. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer, and should have strong time management skills to meet assigned deadlines.
Inspectors will complete property inspections mostly for exterior conditions and report findings using a mobile application.
