Location: Town of Vermont
A residential inspections company is seeking independent contractors to perform occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders. Contractors enjoy a flexible schedule with earnings equivalent to $30-$40 per hour, depending on the county and volume of inspections. You will be responsible for completing inspections in your assigned county and reporting on property conditions. A reliable vehicle, a computer, a smartphone, and a printer are required.
This opportunity allows for variable hours, enabling you to work between 2 to 30 hours per week.
