We’re a growing commercial real estate owner-operator managing a diverse portfolio of flex/warehouse spaces, RV & mobile home communities, and self-storage facilities across the United States.

We’re seeking a Leasing Specialist to help fill vacancies across our portfolio. This is a semi-remote role based in Tampa — you’ll work from home most days but will occasionally attend in-person meetings and office days, and may visit properties as needed.

• Manage inbound leads from online ads (Facebook Marketplace, Google, Loop Net, Crexi, phone, etc.)
• Qualify prospects, schedule and conduct property tours (mostly virtual tours)
• Negotiate lease terms and close new tenants
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deals in
• Partner with operations & marketing teams to keep listings up to date and improve lead generation
• Monitor market rents and recommend pricing adjustments

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience (commercial or residential)
• Strong closer: excellent phone & email communication, confident in negotiations
• Organized & tech-savvy — comfortable using CRMs, scheduling tools, and digital ads
• Self-starter who can work remotely but thrives on measurable results
• Bonus: experience with small-bay industrial leasing
• High performance bonus structure — strong closers can exceed $100K total comp
