Overview
Viper Partners is expanding its Real Estate Team and seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate with a strong focus on medical office buildings (MOBs) and healthcare real estate complexes
. This role will lead the sourcing and execution of private, off-market real estate transactions involving private equity firms, family offices, and REITs.
The ideal candidate brings deep commercial real estate expertise, a strong transaction background, and established relationships with institutional capital partners and industry consolidators.
Key Responsibilities- Source, structure, and execute private, off-market transactions involving medical office buildings and healthcare real estate
- Develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms, family offices, REITs, and healthcare consolidators
- Identify acquisition, partnership, and sale opportunities aligned with investor mandates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, buyers, and capital partners throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams on valuation, underwriting, and deal strategy
- Maintain market intelligence on healthcare real estate trends and investor activity
- Extensive experience in commercial real estate
, with a strong preference for healthcare and medical office properties - Proven track record executing transactions with PE firms, family offices, and REITs
- Existing working relationships with institutional investors and industry consolidators
- Strong understanding of private, off-market deal structures
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
