Location: Langdon
A local inspection company is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders.
This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work full-time or as a supplemental income. While experience in mortgage field inspections is not required, effective time management and strong documentation skills are essential. Inspectors can earn $30-$40 per hour based on county and volume of inspections, completing anywhere from 20 to 500 inspections monthly, with no mileage reimbursement offered.
