This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. As a New York Real Estate Agent at J3K Real Estate, you will be responsible for representing clients in leasing, buying, and selling properties, providing exceptional customer service, and negotiating deals. Regular tasks include conducting property tours, researching market trends, developing client relationships, and managing real estate transactions efficiently and ethically.

• A valid Real Estate License in the state of New York
• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Proven skills in Sales and building client relationships
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to create a positive client experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of the New York City real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred
