We are seeking motivated, client‑focused Real Estate Sales Associates to join our team. There is a lot of flexibility as our salespeople can work from home or from our office as they wish.

They can work full time or part time.

As a Real Estate Sales Associate at Neil Charles Real Estate, you will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions while delivering a client focused professional experience. This opportunity is ideal for agents who value integrity, collaboration, and long-term relationship building over volume-driven sales.

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Prospect, market, and promote listings using both traditional and digital strategies
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Prepare and present comparative market analyses (CMAs)
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to closing
• Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to elevate the firm’s brand and client experience

• Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
