Contracts, e-signatures, offer processing, paperwork, etc are all handled. You focus on clients and negotiations, not filling forms and organizing documents.

• Proven processes for lead conversion, client management, and deal flow, using systems and software that you'll get to use but don't have to pay for.

• Largest brokerage in the Hoboken market
• The brand matters. Sellers, buyers, landlords, and developers recognize and trust us.
• Top-tier marketing, tech, and systems
• CRM, listing exposure, training, compliance, and back-end support that lets you operate at a higher level..

• Our offices our open 7 days a week so if you're the type that prefers to be around other people and working in an active office environment, we have that.
• If you prefer to work from home part of the time or all of the time, that's up to you.

• Valid Real Estate License (can be in the process or about to start the process of getting one)
• Comfortable talking to people on the phone and in person - you're going to do this a lot!
• A drive to achieve more, to help people, and to make money doing it.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Hoboken and Jersey City area is a plus but if not you will learn.

This is a 100% commission based role, your pay is your choice in how you run your business! We're here to give you leads and help turn those leads into closed deals = $$$
