Position: Assistant Property Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager(s) in all areas of management for assigned properties, including maintenance and tenant relations
  • Manage collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and risk management
  • Serve as a liaison between tenants and building staff to ensure properties are clean and functional
  • Support business growth by integrating people and applying new technology
  • Ensure compliance with all employer processes, procedures, and platforms
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, along with strong organization and time management abilities
  • Experience working with property management financials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional experience in commercial property management or related fields
  • Familiarity with advanced property management software
  • Proven track record of relationship building with tenants and stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Innovative mindset for implementing new ideas and technologies
