ResponsibilitiesThis is a contract position for a Real Estate Sales professional. Based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, the role combines in-office work with the flexibility of some remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying and selling residential real estate, preparing market analyses, conducting property showings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through all stages of the sales process. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, staying informed about the local market, and conducting outreach and marketing efforts to grow the client base.
Qualifications- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations and relationship-building
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of residential real estate transactions, market trends, and property assessments
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, including social media, networking, and community engagement
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Licensed or willingness to obtain a real estate license in Minnesota
- Access to reliable transportation for client meetings and property showings
- Experience with real estate software systems and CRM platforms is a plus
