We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part‑Time Real Estate Licensed Assistant to support a busy real estate agent. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility while ensuring the agent’s day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly, professional demeanor and a strong understanding of the real estate market, including familiarity with FMLS/MLS.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction
:
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating a positive experience. - Listing Management
:
Enter new property listings into the FMLS/MLS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations. - Documentation
:
Compile, review, and perform quality control on various paperwork related to transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Amendments
:
Draft simple amendments and modifications to contracts and listings as required. - Property Visits
:
Travel to properties for various tasks, including checking the status of listings, delivering materials, and putting up directional signs. - Professional Communication
:
Maintain effective communication with closing attorneys, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. - Social Media Management
:
Maintain and update the agent’s social media accounts, creating engaging content to promote listings and enhance online presence. - Daily Operations Support
:
Assist the agent with various tasks that may arise, adapting to the dynamic needs of the real estate business.
- Licensure
:
Must hold a valid real estate license. - Experience
:
Previous experience in a real estate environment is preferred, with knowledge of FMLS/MLS systems. - Skills
:- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Ability to present a friendly, professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Flexibility in hours is required; duties will vary day to day depending on the agent’s needs.
- A reliable mode of transportation is necessary for traveling to properties and delivering materials.
