- Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using real estate technology and marketing tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the NYC real estate market is a plus
