Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Chatham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing residential property department while enjoying the flexibility to work from home.

• Handle a full spectrum of residential property matters
• Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Oversee new build purchases, ownership transfers, lease extensions, and re-mortgages
• Drive marketing and business development to build the team's presence in Chatham

• Minimum 5 years PQE in residential property law
• Strong background acting for homeowners and investors, ideally in Kent
• Commercial awareness and ability to add value to the practice
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
