Overview

• Oversee the overall integrity of resident financial records for an assigned community portfolio.
• Collect rents and manage delinquencies effectively.
• Serve legal documents and supervise eviction proceedings as needed.
• Manage resident online payment enrollments and payment plan options.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws and agency regulations related to property management.

• 1-2+ years of experience in property management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
