This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work from home and in the field. The Real Estate Agent will perform tasks such as prospecting potential buyers and sellers, facilitating real estate transactions, managing customer inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, marketing properties, and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and comprehensive understanding of real estate practices
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Proven abilities in Real Estate and Real Property operations, including buying, selling, and marketing homes
• Expertise in Sales techniques, negotiations, and client acquisition
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan real estate market is advantageous
• Familiarity with industry software and tools is a plus
