This is a full-time Leasing Agent role based on commissions only in Vancouver, BC, operating in a hybrid capacity with some work-from-home flexibility. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing lease agreements, coordinating residential leasing activities, and supporting property management operations. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service, scheduling property viewings, and ensuring properties are rented promptly and efficiently.

The role requires a detail-oriented, client-focused individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
• Familiarity with Property Management practices and processes
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms
• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
