Property Manager

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Property Manager to manage a portfolio of rental properties via digital platforms. This remote role focuses on tenant communication, operational coordination, and optimizing property performance.

• Oversee residential and/or commercial properties listed on online platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking, and company websites).
• Manage daily communication with tenants and guests via email, phone, and messaging tools.
• Maintain, update, and optimize online property listings.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is not mandatory, but considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Intermediate or advanced level of English.
