Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Chatham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing residential property department while enjoying the flexibility to work from home.

Location:

Chatham office with flexible home working options.

What you’ll do:

* Handle a full spectrum of residential property matters

* Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

* Oversee new build purchases, ownership transfers, lease extensions, and re-mortgages

* Drive marketing and business development to build the team’s presence in Chatham

What you’ll bring:

* Minimum 5 years PQE in residential property law

* Strong background acting for homeowners and investors, ideally in Kent

* Commercial awareness and ability to add value to the practice

* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
