Dawn joined House of Brokers in 1999 and has extensive experience across the company. Outside the office, she enjoys time with family, travel, boating, Cardinals games, and football.

Michelle O'Neal — Boone County resident with over 15 years in business management and real estate. She holds a Real Estate license since 2016 and a Broker license since 2021, with deep knowledge of contracts, forms, and closing processes.

Alana Nyhart — oversees social media, content creation, client communication, and design projects. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and exploring cultures.
