This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Pickering, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties while providing excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, facilitating property viewings, negotiating deals, developing real estate strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaboration with team members and using lead generation tools provided by Century 21 Kingdom will also be an essential part of the role.

• A valid Real Estate License is required to operate as a professional real estate agent.
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Skills in Customer Service and Sales to effectively address client needs and achieve successful outcomes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and lead generation systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the GTA real estate market or experience in a similar region is preferred.
