This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Acquisition Manager, based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying potential real estate acquisition opportunities, analyzing property market data, and negotiating terms of purchase. The role also involves building and nurturing client and stakeholder relationships, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with property acquisition policies and regulations.

• Strong understanding of real estate acquisition strategies, property valuation, and market analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, financial modeling, and CRM software
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple acquisition projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of the Florida real estate market and relevant regulations is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate acquisition or related roles is preferred
