This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Greater Boston area, with remote work flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, researching market trends, and negotiating deals. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless real estate experience.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (or on track to obtain)
- Understanding of real estate transactions and real property processes
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with Greater Boston real estate markets is a plus
- Proficiency in using real estate software is an advantage
