This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Naples, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, providing market analysis, and maintaining client relationships. The agent will also utilize EXIT Realty's marketing tools and resources to enhance client service and achieve sales targets.

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency with real estate software and marketing tools
• Residency in or near Naples, FL
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
