This is a full-time, remote position for a Realtor / Loan Officer at NEXA Lending. The role includes assisting clients with real estate transactions and loan processes, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service throughout all stages of the real estate and mortgage process. The Realtor / Loan Officer will also perform sales activities, manage real property transactions, and work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve optimal results for clients.

• Active Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate regulations and practices
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of mortgage lending practices and familiarity with the real estate market
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
