This is a part-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Edgartown, MA, with flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting luxury properties, conduct property showings, manage client relationships, and provide tailored advice to meet client goals. Responsibilities include preparing and executing property marketing strategies, coordinating transactions, and staying informed about the local real estate market to best serve clients.

Building trusted relationships and maintaining high ethical standards is central to this role.

• Experience in real estate sales, property management, and rental coordination
• Strong skills in client relationship management and personalized customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the Martha’s Vineyard real estate market and local community is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in real estate software platforms and marketing tools
• Valid real estate license in Massachusetts (required)
