Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Escrow Officer based in Westlake, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing escrow transactions, facilitating smooth property closings, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Duties include preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with real estate agents, lenders, and clients, conducting closings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Escrow Officer, Mortgage Closer, or in a comparable role
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and escrow procedures
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with escrow and real estate software systems
• Active Notary Public license preferred
