We are seeking a motivated Housing Agent to join our team and work remotely from home. As a remote Housing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the process of renting, buying, or selling properties. • Assist clients with negotiation and closing processes

• Utilize online platforms and tools to manage listings and property information
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property owners

• Proven experience as a housing agent or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of the local housing market and trends
• Proficient in using online communication platforms, such as email, video conferencing, and various messaging apps
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
• Real estate license (if applicable in your jurisdiction)
