Overview
Regional Leasing Specialist at Ingerman

Responsibilities- Accountable for full cycle lease-up performance at one or more of the company’s new projects.
- Conduct market research in new localities and benchmark local competition.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to devise lease-up strategies.
- Oversee the execution of pre-leasing activities.
- Develop onsite teams’ selling, service, application processing, and community outreach capabilities.
- Work independently in a hands-on capacity to achieve project absorption and pricing schedules.
- Provide on-site coverage at one or more properties in the absence of a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager, ensuring continuity in revenue collection, expense management, leasing and application processing, compliance with operational and contractual requirements, and adherence to resident relations policies.
- Physical Requirements:
up to 70% travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic area; remaining time at home office or local property office; standard office equipment used; lifting of heavier materials occasionally for marketing events. - Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years within the property management industry; tax credit certified.
- Minimum of 3 years processing LIHTC applications.
- High proficiency with computers and property management software;
Yardi Voyager strongly preferred. - Experience utilizing lead management software (e.g. Knock, Anyone Home).
- Experience in a commission sales environment is desirable.
- Driven, self-starter who works well autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.
- Ability to establish relationships across the organization at various levels.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

$55,102 - $63,062 annual plus bonus potential
