Life Tutoring is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our fully remote team. This entry-level role is responsible for ensuring that all services, processes, and communications meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while playing a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our operations.

• Review and verify documents, reports, and communications for accuracy and quality
• Monitor internal workflows and processes to ensure standards are maintained
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to implement quality improvements
• Maintain records of QA checks and feedback
• Assist with training and process documentation as needed
• Perform additional QA or operational support tasks as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable using digital collaboration and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or similar)
• Prior QA or administrative experience is a plus but not required

• Experience in education, tutoring, or learning support services
• Familiarity with basic process improvement or workflow systems
• Knowledge of quality standards and reporting is a plus
